Maryland 6th CD (May 23-25, Garin-Hart-Yang)

This district in presidential years and this district in midterm years are basically two different districts.

Yes. Republicans have reasonable candidate this year, who would have good chances to win .... if she ran in 2014. But in Presidential year - very unlikely...
