Ohio.  Your boy Kasich is from there, and it's like a frigging moderate hero factory.  Trump won Florida.

OK, I assume, because of the anti-environmentalist angle in WV.  I'm not sure you wouldn't do worse somewhere in the deep south.

Everyone should include, like, a 1 sentence rationale if they have one, it'd be good to learn about the states

Right.  Ultimately, I'll pick Arizona for you, because it's more western, and as a progressive WM Seattle native you'd probably play better with those Democrats than the combination of blue-collar whites and black people in Ohio, but I initially skipped it because I think it's really close and would depend heavily on who you were running against.

Though I think your political views actually match up really well with WV, I'm going to go with VA because of racism.

Tough call, both are full of progressive Democrats, which make them good fits for you. It would probably come down to how well you do among Latinos and Asians, and if there was a rural/urban divide. Since you're from Tennessee, perhaps you'd do well among rural areas, so I'll say Oregon by a bit.

New York or Florida? (both states with high Jewish populations, and I'm ethnically Jewish. I realize that didn't help Bernie, but it merits mention.)

That was why I narrowly picked New York over Massachusetts for you in a earlier thread.

I'm going to go with New York again here; I picture you having a cosmopolitan, middle-class, progressive sensibility that'll play way better in that primary, favorable South beach Jewish grandmas be damned.

I'd say that as a progressive Independent (well, ex-Independent if it's a Democratic primary,) you'd do very well in Maine. New Hampshire would be good for you as well, but I'll say Maine is slightly better.

Alaska or Hawaii (my best primaries other than Washington?)
