2008: McCain/Biden
1996: Clinton/Kemp
1992: Bush/Gore
1988: Bush/Bentsen
1960: Kennedy/Lodge
1940: Roosevelt/McNary

So 6, I guess. FWIW, many of these have more to do with disliking one running mate than they do with liking the other one.
