CNN is sure pushing its theme that Clinton has already clinched the nomination. They are getting ready for her "victory speech". I would have found it better if they had waited for todays primary results first.

She got 2,383 delegates yesterday, so she has already won, yes...

Well "got" is an interesting way to state it. A survey done by AP says that most of the Superdelegates will vote for her, but doe that mean she "got" these delegates already?

Expectations and results up to now give Hillary good chances to win and maybe even win big in NJ. I don't see any late flips in NJ tonight.

Prospects of Bernie Sanders pulling of a major upset diminishing rapidly.

63+% for Hillary in NJ. This will put a damper on any success Bernie has in CA.

Clinton now quoting the Pledge of Allegiance. This is going to be the most boring election.

I wouldn't say that. Trump and boring don't really go together. Hillary may not be exciting but what she has said is solid.

Trump will give us enough controversial content to keep the election from getting boring.

What kind of early lead in California with this be for Hillary Clinton? New Jersey style or will it flip in the end?

Maybe Sanders will drop out tonight after all.

If he cannot win California I am almost certain he will.

With 11% in already in CA, Clinton maintains a respectiable 62% to 36% lead. This may still change, but still a little surprising.

Just got a picture in my head watching the Sanders speech of a certain knight in a Monty Python movie.

Now that the final vote tally has come in, I have finished my thoughts about and posted them to the blog.

Big night for Clinton. Bernie came up short of expectations and now it is off to a general election between Clinton and Trump.
