The vote was very fractured along class/income lines. We have seen this in other states as well but it was usually overshadowed by racial differences (and of course age), especially the difference in voting between white and black voters. Here in California it looks it was income that mattered more than race.

Not really. I'm a bit surprised she won Alameda, but I imagine there's a pretty stark divide between the Berkeley area and Oakland.

I doubt the difference is that stark.
