It sounds more to be in the nature of a criminal case, than a civil one. The local DA should be contacted. But then, it's Texas, and well, the DA's there in many places, might not be interested in pursuing it.

It's Texas so obviously nothing is going to happen legally to get her out of that prison so the best shot at getting her out is a mass crowd of people getting her out of there and putting her on national television to expose that place for what it is and help get all the other kids out of there. I'm surprised this thread has gone this long without:

a. somebody supporting the conversion camp
b. a moderate hero coming in and saying that the woman should be released, but these camps shouldn't be ended because 'we need to compromise!'
