Yeah, I'm not going to believe Rasmussen polls that say Americans don't care about Trump University or that Obama won't be an asset on the trail.

That you dislike the results of a poll does not indicate that the poll is wrong or inaccurate. Sometimes (believe it or not), your opinion will not align with the opinion of the majority.

Great news. Hoping that the President's meeting with Sanders was productive as well.

Sounds like it was from all sides. Sanders is also meeting Biden and Reid.

Yes I agree. Looks like their meeting went well.
Here is a short article and some videos via NBC News.

LOL.
Hillary's comment does sound like something we would tell "the other side."

By the time it's Election Day, it'll probably end up being something like this:

Obama’s Not Exactly An Asset To Candidates in 2016

President Obama may be garnering unusually high approval ratings lately, but voters are closely divided as to whether his support would help or hurt candidates running in their state and are less likely to vote for a congressional candidate who has supported his agenda. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Yeah, I don't believe this for a second. Obama is a very powerful speaker, whether giving a formal speech, or giving an endorsement in video form.

It is not a question that people can be easily polled on. Admitting that you are influenced by the president's endorsement (or anybody else's for that matter) is sort of admitting that you are not capable of making your own decisions. Obama campaigning for Clinton WILL make a difference with democrats and dem-leaning independents. I don't expect it to make a difference for republicans.

I'm about 90% sure that Sanders is going to drop out right after the DC Primary now. It sounds like he'll go to the convention to fight on the "issues" but not for his candidacy itself.

I guess Sanders drops out in 48 hours and he'll be given a good chunk of the platform to work with. Shame that his maverick attitude means there's no "Sanders Camp" successor for 2020\2024

lol at the number of retweets so far.

83k already and counting! Wouldn't be surprised if it was a twitter record. This will definitely get under the Donald's skin.

well in many states he is not popular and swing states like ohio but he is super popular with the blacks and hispanics and getting a high blacks turnout is a much for clinton. obama could also help clinton in iowa he is still popular here for 2008.

At least Trump writes his own tweets. Hillary's twitter account is run by campaign aides.

Not really surprising he wants to be active during the campaign.

At heart and soul I think Obama is a campaigner...it's what he always does even when he's in office to some extent.
