Wow, I love ageist people, they really make my day. I'll have you know that I, as a 13-year-old both agree with him and have been playing guitar for 7 years and I'll bet I'm sure of a hell lot better than you are.

But, seriously, I can't stand when people judge me (or anyone else) on their age

From best to blechh:

Beyonce
Lana Del Rey
P!nk
Adele
Alicia Keys
Nicki Minaj
Madonna
Carly Rae Jepsen
Taylor Swift
Ellie Goulding
Demi Lovato
Jennifer Lopez
Carrie Underwood
Gwen Stefani
Colby Caillat
Amy Lee
Lorde
Tori Kelly
Celine Dion
Rihanna
Leona Lewis
Norah Jones
Mariah Carey
Shakira
Sheryl Crow
Katy Perry
Ariana Grande
Lady Gaga
Selena Gomez
Kelly Clarkson
Christina Aguilera
Avril Lavigne
Britney Spears
Mikey Cyrus
Ke$ha
Meghan Trainor

Disclaimer: For some of these I was seriously debating who was worse or who was better. I've probably changed my mind about something on this list by now. Also, for a few of these artists I have only listened to a song of two. This is not the official order.

Voted Taylor Swift because her early music was cute and the rest of the list is either awful or I have no idea who they are. (probably some stupid music kids listen to these days...)

None of them hold a candle to Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, Shania Twain, (Canadian women are good at this...) or my favorite, Alison Krauss.

I really do weep for this post-Millennial generation.

Why? I'm actually not sure what you mean here besides general condescendingness against those younger than you

I was much more judgy about music when I was younger (and more likely to rank them).  I think the only one on that list that I own music from is Lana, but I've heard songs from just about everybody on that list that ranges from very good to amusing.  I could see some that I have very little interest in now remaking themselves into something more interesting when they mature (like Miley).

Of course, PJ Harvey can run circles around anyone on that list.
