This is a series that I am doing in which every country in which holds an election (fradulent or not) can be decided by Atlas. So, you guys can figure out where they stand on the issues yourself, but in any case, hope you enjoy voting!

Ghani is the best on foreign policy. Rassoul is best outside of foreign policy, but Ghani gets my vote.

I don't know much about Afghan politics, so I'll go with Ghani, who Wikipedia says is pro-US.

Going to take a wild guess that whatever option I'd end up picking would make me look like an idiot given my only knowledge of Afgan politics would be coming from Wikipedia articles.

Who is the most secular/least authoritarian?

Anyone who's secular is going to be more authoritarian. Since less government means letting tribesmen do whatever they want (rule by religious law).

Ugh, right, the Middle East. I guess I would end up picking the secular authoritarians over theocratic rule.

Abdullah is a Tajik interest politician, ghani sold out by picking a war criminal as his VP, Staff literally was mates by Bin Laden and Sherzai was basically like a Pashtun Berlusconi. Easily Rassoul, even though I assume his status as a, err, eligible bachelor would present issues and he's too close to Karzai.

As always, the notion that SECULARISM is TEH MOST IMPOTUANT ISSUE EVAH in middle Eastern politics is a hilarious misreading of the situation...
