FF other than being anti-war.  His support for Israel (which was what got him assassinated) would not be welcome in the Democratic party of today.

I love this assertion - as if the presumptive Democratic nominee is not a solid backer of Israel.

All I'm saying is have you seen Hillary Clinton and Khaled Mashal, leader of the Islamic Palestinian organization Hamas, in the same room together? I didn't think so.

Israel is under attack by the Democrats. Democrats seek the destruction of Israel in all forms. No progress has or ever will be made by Democrats on the safety and a peaceful agreement for Israel.

Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama. All those names successfully destroyed any hope for peace in the Middle East and are Palestinian hogs.
Democrats have become very anti-Israel as of late.  The minute the New Left took over the party, they started taking a very anti-Semitic, pro-Palestinian turn.  Read these articles to see what I mean:

lololoolloolol.
I mean he's not completely wrong. But it's not that the Democratic left is against Israel as a state as much as we're annoyed that our leaders have put the interests of Israel on the same level or even ahead of US interests. And Netanyahu is a dick.

I'm sure guys we're smart to understand that you could be fully supportive of Israeli actions in 60's whilst questioning the actions they've taken in the last 10 years. I never understand why you have to be seen as either 100% pro Israel or militantly opposed

I don't understand why a democrat has to support Israel? I don't get how accepting the fact that there is Israeli occupation in the west bank is necessarily bad?

A rare example of a HP (his tenure as Attorney General) who turned into a massive FF (his Senate service and presidential campaign).
