I haven't heard much about this besides the breaking reports, but I suspect both were probably in some form of contact with ISIS leaders/propagandists and that both were totally unaware of the other. As I said in the other thread, this might be just one of many ready to come out and strike.

Christian communities are one of the main sources of homophobia and certainly the most vocal. Seems this killer was Christian too. Sorry you can't blame everything on evil Muhammedians.
