You mean fake emails written by the FSB?

They key word is "in relation to Hillary". Doesn't mean there actually her emails, could be emails discussing things pertaining to her though(probably related to the FOIA lawsuit). And I like how he claims they published 32,000 of her emails. Wikileaks didn't, they just made a searchable database.

So hate to disappoint but the DNC hack appears to be what Assange was talking about. Wikileaks seems to have obtained the files from it, which has Clinton emails in them. This isnt related to the Fbi investigation.
