Didn't Trump also say the US should have taken Iraq's oil as compensation for the war?

Trump is becoming more nuts daily, but he still could win based on national security and the economy.

How despicable. These men and women puts their lives on the line for this country, and this draft-dodging charlatan dares question their integrity and commitment.

"We should have taken the oil with us."

I'm starting to think that he believes that somewhere in Iraq is a magic barrel labeled "OIL" that they just tap whenever they need to sell some, and that we should have loaded it onto a plane and brought it over.

Isn't he referring to Iraqi soldiers?

Imagine if a Democrat said something like that. The entire Republican noise machine would have gone in a frenzied overdive.

I'm starting to think Trump wants to lose, or at least doesn't care at all about winning the election, and just wants to bask in the attention he gets for every bone-headed remark he makes.

Well, while it's not a great thing to say, he happens to be right in this specific case.

...you think that the Iraqi reconstruction was overseen by the disbanded Iraqi army?

Trump John Miller is an absolute laughingstock. He’s so inconsistent with his remarks, that’s second to none.

I am confused.

Why would Trump access funds of American soldiers in Iraq?

He could if his stumpy little finger could get a good grip, but the OP has a typo as he "accuses" instead of accesses.  As a general rule, spell check is your friend, auto-correct is your enemy.

This combined with his draft dodging combined with the veteran charity bungle and capped with an attack on GOP VA policy could be a brutal attack ad.
