Under what scenario do we have incumbent President Clinton and former Secretary of State Jon Huntsman?
I'd assume it's along the lines of the Santos administration.

A two year tenure under Clinton, he resigns in January of 2019. Huntsman was chosen to pass the 51-49 R senate. He is probably replaced by Bob Corker, Zalimay Khalilzad, Ben Rhodes, or someone similar.

God the idea of Ben Rhodes as secretary of state makes me cringe, although Huntsman has been blackballed for his actions in '12 with China

LOL! Easy victory for Clinton, unless she dies, in which case it's an easy victory for Warren.

I hope you mean blackmailed. And yeah, Ben Rhodes is similar to Kissinger in some of his more realpolitik actions(notably his echo chamber Iran deal plot), but I think he could pass a Republican Senate.
