Howard Stern, of course, is a total genius.

As much as I love Howard, this is one thing he absolutely does not understand what the real discussion is about. He thinks the conversation is about gun rights vs take away people's guns. He has hinted that he is in favor of the reasonable steps for gun control that are being debated right now, but he is so uninformed that he thinks anyone for gun control is automatically anti gun.

Ironically I'm listening to the classic fight between Howard and Jackie over donations to a charity; the show's cast hosted some form of charity event and as usual Jackie Martling just had to be a greedy dickbag.

Howard Stern is great. He's funny as hell, he's insightful, interesting, insane, and intelligent on one hand, when he isn't talking about celebrity tits.

I don't think Stern is all that funny (or that intelligent for that matter), and my post above was sarcasm, but I will say that I think he is an incredible celebrity interviewer.  He has the amazing ability to make his guests comfortable, then coax them into revealing ridiculously personal things.

He certainly has an amazing ability to interview, but I find that stuff boring, especially these days with Artie gone. I much prefer the staff drama and the wack pack.

Now that you say that, it seems pretty obvious that Artie played a very important role on that show, as the butt of people's jokes and as one of the more compelling personalities.

Yeah, I really regret that he isn't a part of the show anymore. I used to listen before they went to Sirius when I was a kid. It always made the ride to school interesting. Then they went to Sirius and by the time my family got it in our cars, he was long gone.

A relic of the 90's, which should have stayed there.

Nah, he peaked between 2002-2011 IMO. Good stuff.

Yes, but Hillary Clinton is scratching her head, wondering when Howard Stern became a part of the vast right-wing conspiracy. Baaaaaaaaa...
