Harkin/Ernst personally.

I like Hughes a lot, but his decision to leave when he was doing so well knocks things off a lot.



Pity Culver and Clark didn't last long enough.

Harkin is honestly one of my favorite all time senators. A take-no-prisoners populist. What a great guy; I wish he had won in 1992.

By what standard is Joni Ernst the worst Senator of the past 50 years? What has she done in the little time she's been in the Senate that ranks her so horribly? Or is it just red avatar hackery?

Hickenlooper is the second best, easily. Hughes was an anti-alcoholism activist, while Hickenlooper literally saved a drowning woman.

Best: Clark - Clark was an amazing Senator, Harkin was also amazing but I think Clark did a better job considering the fact that he only had one term.

Worst: Jepsen - While Grassley is odious and Ernst is a joke, Jepsen is a foul individual.
