She's a FF because she died. I like our MPs who don't die on the job.

(No, but seriously, I barely know much about her, but her Twitter indicates that she cared a great deal about public service and doing the right things, so I do have massive respect for her beyond this latest sad episode.)

HP politically, but she didn't deserve her violent death in any way shape or form and I'm sure she was a good mother, wife, and friend.

I abstain from voting on a political basis because of not knowing her political views, but she seemed like a good person, mother and wife and for that I voted FF.

She seemed to be very devoted to humanitarian causes.

No offense, but such polls are a bit stupid. She just died so almost nobody is going to come up openly with a HP vote (the same as it happened when Elizabeth Edwards died and we had a similar poll). Beside, it seems a bit tasteless now.

This. I know nothing about her, other than that she died. Apparently she was a 1-term MP. Was this poll actually designed as a poll on the beliefs of this extremely obscure politician or just a place for us to express our sadness that she was horrifically murdered?

FF. I would have voted FF a week ago as well. She seemed like an overall great Labour MP and I would have gladly voted for her given the opportunity. I was horrified to hear about the news of her death. (Even with that said, I wouldn't be any less horrified if she was a Conservative MP.)
