And here's Kansas.

So which Republican is the most acceptable, because there are no Democrats here.

EDIT: Fine, I forgot to put "worst" in parenthesis (in a hurry atm), but I think you get the drill anyway at this point.

EDIT TWO: Nope, it was Bob Dole by around 49%

Best: Kassebaum, with Dole as a strong second. Both were good senators and represented their states with honor.

Worst: It's never not Brownback.

Once again on this series, I agree with Maxwell.

Dole easily for best. Voted Brownback for worst since I heard he was an awful Governor.

I didn't vote anyone for best just so that I could vote both Brownback and Roberts for worst. Moran seems like a decent enough guy, though.

Really Kassebaum, Dole, Pearson, and Carlson were stellar. Hard choice to make! Kassebaum commanded so much respect and was one of the best bipartisan senators in modern history. Dole, of course, is a legend in his own right. National hero, drafted the ADA, worked on the farm bill. Carlson was all around a leader in the senate and Pearson was pragmatic, moderately anti-war (towards the end of his career), and a leader in rural policy. Even Moran, though I disagree with him on many issues, is a truly good guy at heart. He's really kind and makes it a goal to visit just about every community in the state. Plus, he's been a leader on rural issues and veterans' issues.

Brownback is the worst by far, but recently Pat Roberts is looking worse and worse. He tacked right and really became out of touch with Kansas. (Rents a recliner...) Frahm was good but just had a really really short term.
