Can Hillary Clinton potentially win Missouri against Donald Trump in November, or at least make it competitive or in play?

She probably does better than Obama '12, but she isn't winning the state. 51-45 Trump sounds reasonable.

A pretty big wave would be needed. In 90%+ of scenarios, no.

Can she? Yes. Will she? Most likely not.

No, but it will be close. Trump will win MO 51-46, with Johnson/Weld taking 2%.

Probably not. At least, not in a non-landslide.

It's trending R.  She could beat Obama's tally, but she doesn't win outside of a fukushima-level meltdown on Trump's part.

Probably Safe R, maybe Likely R.

Doubtful. The whites here in the rural parts of the states have been hoodwinked by the Republicans into believing Obama/Hillary are coming for their guns and Bibles. Even a moron like Trump should carry the state. Sad!

Yes, because the Hillaryslide is coming.  Trump's numbers here stink.

Why Trump is not Todd Akining, I have no clue, but the rules don't seem to apply to him.  Maybe they will in November.

It’s possible? Yes. Is it likely though? No. But she doesn’t have to in order to secure a decisive victory.

Agree with semocrat08.  It's amazing (though not really) how much traction the "down with PC" rhetoric gets in these parts too.

Probably not, though you never know - if there's any election that could end up in proper landslide, it's one that involves Trump, and he's really flagging in terms of a campaign....

Because Trump is all about Trump, whereas Akin still pledged his loyalty to the Republican Party even after the establishment threw him under the bus (although I guess one could argue that Akin was all about himself as well seeing as how he didn't drop out and cost the Republicans a prime pick-up opportunity). Furthermore, Akin apologized (but then went on to later retract his apology), and Trump has said hundreds of more things much worse than Akin's "legitimate rape" remarks, difference being that Trump doesn't apologize for saying whatever he wants, and that apparently seems to be what's winning him over.

I think she potentially could. Looking at the St. Louis and Kansas City suburbs especially, Trump won't do too well in those areas.

No. TRUMP will win by at least seven or eight points.

Not this election. I think it's out of reach and she should focus resources elsewhere. Probably won't be closer than '12. But in a landslide I think it is feasible for it to flip. I think it is Likely R and goes 55-43 for Trump
