Enough to vote for him over Trump in the primary?

But by 400,000 votes and almost 20 points. Like legitimately. I see Rubio attempting to make it close, but fails miserably.

Honestly, how certain are we that Murphy will even make it past Grayson to face Rubio in the general?

I have to say I am a little nervous about this. If Grayson wins the primary Democrats are screwed. Nominating Murphy is the only way Dems wins this thing now.

This is the Florida Democratic Party we're talking about.  Of course they're going to nominate the worse candidate.

If TN volunteer's post had their own PVI score...they'd be about R+7.

Aren't you like... a Climbing Maggie supporter?

Wow. Great comeback. I'm sure that convinced plenty of people.

I think it is worth remembering that Marco Rubio is now a loser.

They predicted Bill McCollum would destroy Bill Nelson in 2000. What happened? With the anti-Donald Trump wave coming, I think it'll be powerful enough to wipe out Rubio, who already pretty much destroyed his career with his joke of a presidential campaign.

Rubio will win, especially due to the weak Democratic Party in Florida. However, he will need to make sure not to shy away from his more controversial decisions in the senate this time.

Lol! What a joke! This is just nuts, just crazy. The GOP hacks in this thread are complete fools. It's over. Florida will be permanently red soon.

I wouldn't say that. If this was a Midterm year, then I'd agree, but the Presidential turnout will allow Grayson to win the general should he win the primary.

Those pointing out the Florida Democratic Party weakness are, of course, right. Though I'd say that running Rubio is putting a winneable seat for the GOP at jeopardy.

No, Rubio is the best candidate for the GOP to hold the seat.

Unless Rubio pulls way ahead and stays there (eg outside the MoE), the outcome of this race will probably come down to whether Hillary or Trump wins Florida, and by how much.

Not sure what to rate this as right now. I'll have to see what it looks like in September. Rubio could be formidable, though.
