To be honest, as a straight man who is a strong supporter of LGBTQ rights, it's very offensive to me, because I know that gay Hillary supporters are big fans of Hillary strictly because of their extremely close ideological alignment her on detailed policy issues, NOT because of the superficial factors that make her a gay icon, which actually have no bearing whatsoever on their decision to enthusiastically support her.
Not at all.. A lot of gay men love Hillary for exactly those superfical reasons. She is our Queen. Bow down.
Can you, for just one time, try to post something of actual substance?
If you don't think a lot of gay men like Hillary due to superficial reasons, I don't know what to tell you. All that shows is that you don't spend a lot of time around gay American men (obviously). And I mean that in all seriousness.
She didn't become a "gay icon" because she was at the forefront of the fight for gay rights.
Why don't you go now and fill out another one of your "Atlas Cabinet" posts? That's the kind of substance we're missing on these boards!
