Poor Scott Brown... him and his glorious truck.

Do the Atlas gays approve, though?

That picture is the only reason he's tied with Paul Tsongas for Best Senator. That's a very good reason the longer you look at the picture.

I'd like to remind everyone that Kennedy committed manslaughter.

One can be a horrible person privately and still do good work in politics. I'm not saying the two should be entirely separated, but in cases like Ted Kennedy it would be dishonest not to acknowledge both.

(I was a bit uncomfortable putting his quote in my sig, but it's just too good and fitting to avoid right now)

Yes, but his last name was Kennedy, so he must be a great guy!

And Robert was a McCarthyite. and John slept around.

Kennedy was a great Senator and a bad person.

And?  He still committed manslaughter.  He belonged in a jail cell, not Congress.

Massachusetts voters disagreed, still did more good for society than bad.
