I perceived that since mid 2000s, we can see a lot of girls wearing shorts on the streets in summer days. Until early 2000s, I think that there were more skirts in summer days.
Do you have this impression too?

     A bit of an odd question, but I have tended to notice far more women wearing skirts now than they did 5-10 years ago. I can't speak to times before then, as I was a kid and did not notice such things.

I just know that female shorts, and pants for that matter, have improved A LOT over the past 10 years. Keep it up!

I've seen a decent uptick in shorts and more modest playsuits in my area. I own a few myself, mostly somewhat like this:
