Unfortunately (for you), a minority in your party probably finds this map damn near sexually attractive.

First off---- thanks Kalwejt for posting all of these interesting maps....

One of the things that stood out for me the most was the upper-Midwest (MN,WI, MI) as well as IA....

Many of these counties swung hard towards the Democrats in '88, with Dukakis actually winning many of these counties for the first time in many years for the Democrats.

I'm kind of curious what a Dukakis/Clinton '92 map would look like, since I suspect it would really accentuate parts of the South and Appalachia, where the Dems were trounced in /'84'88, but bounced back for the first time Dem since either '76 or '80....

Anyways, keep them coming---- awesome work!

Would be interesting to compare the current populations of the Clinton '96 -> Trump '16 counties with the Dole '96 -> Clinton '16 counties.

Just from a cursory glance, I would guess that the Dole '96 -> Clinton '16 counties actually have a higher population...
