http://jamiedupree.blog.ajc.com/2016/07/01/lynch-expects-to-accept-fbi-findings-on-clinton/

"Four days after an airport meeting with former President Bill Clinton, a Justice Department official told news organizations that Attorney General Loretta Lynch “expects to accept” the final decision of career prosecutors in the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server when she was Secretary of State."

"Some reports have indicated that the FBI is nearing a final recommendation on how to proceed in the email matter involving Hillary Clinton; this move by the Attorney General would evidently leave in place that decision, and avoid a situation where she would overrule investigators."

LOL.
There could be truth in your comment.
Lynch probably knows with certainty that the FBI will not recommend anything substantially bad towards Hillary.
Or she has heard from high level FBI administrators that the direction of the investigation shows that it is highly unlikely that anything substantial will be recommended.

So this is why she can confidently come-out and say, what she is saying now.
8-)

Wrong. She still reserves the right to overrule.
