Her reputation will take another hit.  But, no, she will not be indicted.  In the end, I believe most of America will be OK with that as well.

If Clinton really did get indicted, how would this forum react? Seems like it'd really get a ton of posters shaken.

Though I guess the real pain would come from the extreme Berniebros and their constant cries on "I TOLD YA SO"

Obama has endorsed Clinton and is actively campaigning for her. It means he is sure Clinton will not be indicated. The poll's question seems rhetorical.

Yup, indictment will be recommended, thereby disproving the Nazi adage "Tell a lie long enough and loud enough, and people will believe it." Were I able to offer a bit of friendly advice to Mrs. Clinton, I'd tell her that it's best not lie to the FBI, 'cuz for some reason they don't like that...

People keep saying "Obama endorsed her, he knows everything about the investigation, she's gonna walk."

Obama is her former boss and has been plenty aware of this scandal for awhile without doing anything about it. Of course he'd endorse her. An ongoing investigation hasn't stopped dozens of super-delegates from endorsing her.

Obama isn't a superdelegate. He is the USA President, as you might know. And it is up to Justice Department subordinated to President to decide whether Clinton  should be prosecuted.

No, you don't get indicted for faux scandals.

I wouldn't call it a "faux scandal" since Clinton's use of a private server has been proven numerous times.

If what she was doing by using her own server was so bad, why didn't any of the countless top level officials she was exchanging emails with all those years notice that her emails were not coming from a ".gov" address?

This is what is perplexing. Why only now has this become an issue?

And what harm has been caused in this situation?

What is the crime?

Yeah, but it's not a scandal because it doesn't matter. It's not like she's the only major government official to use a private server. This is really a non-issue.

I don't know. Probably similarly to how we'd react if Ron Crumpton defeated Richard Shelby.

Having endorsed Clinton Obama actually gave an indirecr order to his subordinates, Justice Department in the first turn,  not to prosecute Clinton. Such pressure on law enforcement agencies  is a feature of a totalitarian regime.  It is Obama who must be indicted.

LOL. She used her private server although it was against the rules. She thinks, she's above the rules simply because her name is Hillary Clinton. She wanted to revoke congressional control over her activities out of arrogance. That created a serious risk for classified information to be leaked. Bad!

Classified information was leaked. The  FBI investigation is aimed at estimating  damage to national security caused by Clinton.

Of course. But back then when she did it, she should have known that there is serious risk. But she didn't care. That's what I meant.

She belongs in prison for what she did, just for the utter stupidity of hosting an unsecured server that handled sensitive government documents alone. That kind of lack of judgment is not befitting a candidate for school board, more or less POTUS.

But I am sure Lynch and Co. have the fix already in.

Maybe she can be roomies with Trump, when he gets arrested for soliciting foreign leaders for campaign donations and fraud.

Hillary is preoccupied with secrecy, but preoccupied with appearing to be candid.  Since these two preoccupations are at odds with each other, neither is working out well.

While Trump is preoccupied with being racist and appealing to white male morons.

Clinton case is a good test for democracy. She obviously broke all rules using private email server an did it consciencely and deliberately. Her not being indicted will be a clear indication of Obama's regime totalitarian nature.

That'd be a great sitcom. Like an Odd Couple adaptation.
