Which state is the Trumpster more likely to flip? Colorado or Iowa?

I’ll say Iowa due to the larger white population. However, I think he won’t win either of them.

I'm going to say Iowa, even though the polls are very slightly tilted towards Colorado.  I have always felt Trump faced fundamental challenges in Colorado:

1. The economy is strong and benefits from globalism more than it suffers.
2. It's one of the most educated states in the Union
3. The conservative base of Colorado is strongly Evangelical.

Iowa. I think there are probably too many young voters and Latinos in Colorado for Trump to overperform Romney, let alone win. Iowa's more of a question mark. I'm not yet convinced that it's trending Republican (I'll be eager to see the reaction of some folks if it's still 2-3 points more Democratic than the nation as a whole), but polling is unclear, at this point.

Voted Iowa like everybody else, but it's not as clear cut as the 90% poll result shows.

Romney was a very poor fit for Colorado, while Obama was an excellent fit for Colorado.
Hillary is a terrible fit for Colorado and while Trump is not a great fit himself, he is a better fit than Romney.

Colorado. They don't seem to like Hillary there, and although Trump has woes with Hispanics, he should be able to win. Iowa is poor fit for him because his character isn't consistent with Midwestern values.

Agreed. Republicans have polled better in Colorado the past months.

My prediction is that TRUMP wins the election with 282 electoral votes. The 2012 states+FL+OH+PA+CO.

Hillary's "weakness" in Colorado is overrated. How is Trump a better fit than Romney? He's even weaker among Latinos and younger voters.

Iowa has always been a contrarian, trend-bucking state.  I think Iowa would possibly go for Trump even if he loses.

They say that together with Massachusetts, Colorado is the most highly-educated of all 50. That bodes very badly for Trump.

Hillary ought to thank Trump for creating the best tailor-made attack ad to air in a single state, for a national campaign.

If anyone else were the Republican nominee, he/she would probably have Iowa and Colorado in a lean R situation.  But it's Trump--so Hillary will win them both.
