Looks like it was an attempt at a joke.

I don't see the mistake here. Huh  But okay I guess this makes up for the time when Trump mocked a disabled person and encouraged his supporters to assault protesters during his speeches.

I say the word "sigh" all the time instead of actually sighing. Surely I'm not the only one?

The people believing this was a mistake and not a joke are the same morons who thought Obama really believed there were 57 states.

This was a week and a half ago, why is The Hill even bringing it up now? It's wasn't a blunder, she was talking about Trump attacking her religion, paused for a few seconds, looked at the audience and said sigh as an emphasis. This is Politico-tier reporting from The Hill.

No, my son does this as well and I'm getting tired of correcting him.  It's exceedingly annoying and it makes you look like a weirdo.

Yet another reason not to support Clinton.

I mean, even if you're using that nickname in jest, you're quoting a known racist, bigot, xenophobic nationalist and that reflects poorly on you. I hope you seriously re-evaluate your life choices and end up exerting better judgement in the future. Smiley

Crooked Hillary was just trying to be funny and failed miserably. Nothing new here.

I mean, even if you're using that nickname in jest, you're quoting a known racist, bigot, xenophobic nationalist smart businessman with a tremendous intellect and political instinct who speaks his mind and doesn't care for political correctness and that reflects poorly on you. I hope you seriously re-evaluate your life choices and end up exerting better judgement in the future. Smiley

Fixed for you Wink

Uh, my mom taught me when I was like 4 to keep my comments to myself, and I would get slapped when I didn't, not praised for "speaking my mind." Is Donald Trump 4 years old? Does he need a lesson in how words have consequences, the same way first graders do? Honestly not surprised that some white guy from Germany finds bigoted and racist dog whistling funny.

And funny enough, Trump isn't really "speaking his mind", he's just saying what he thinks his base wants to hear and/or thinks. I'm not even sure who this reflects poorly on the most.

If that's the case, damn, that is really petty and really sad.

[She says -sigh- out loud so this is a reason not to vote for HRC. However, the guy who incites violence, constantly panders to racists, anti-semites, and bigots--even if, by some off chance, he doesn't believe in these things--now that's my guy.]

A++. How picayune.

And? What's the big deal here? Hillary Clinton is known to be bad at jokes, this is nothing shocking.

It was obviously meant to be funny.
I used to know someone, who instead would also say the word.
