Fantastic film, frightening as it may have actually been! Best animated film ever.

Damn you, I had actually considered doing this exact thread...and yes even with that option...

Anyway, FF...a step down from Inside Out, definitely ahead of The Good Dinosaur but easily the best Pixar sequel since Toy Story 2. Surprisingly just as good as Finding Nemo, if for entirely different reasons.

The funniest part was seeing the local Freeway exit signs tacked onto what is clearly supposed to be a Highway 1 ripoff as the characters were driving around. Only thing missing from the sequence was University Ave, oh well.

Just saw it yesterday as a dorm-sponsored trip to the cinema, was absolutely incredible.  Zootopia set the bar high, but I think I'm inclined to agree with the OP about it being the best.

Neither.  It was a decidedly meh film.  The parts with Dory as a baby were excellent (especially the first scene) and the bird, the whale shark, and the whale were funny, but I really wasn't a fan of the rest of the movie.  I expect much better from Pixar.  It was basically a harmless, but creatively and artistically mediocre, cash-grab.  I really liked the animated short that came before it though (that was way better than Finding Dory).

I'd love to hear arguments for how it even holds a candle to Toy Story 3, let alone Inside Out (easily the best thing Pixar has ever done, as well as one of the best and most complex animated films ever made; speaking of which, Inside Out really should've won best picture).

Becky the loon was my favorite.

And the animated short was fantastic.

I'm also a big Ellen fan and I loved the random incorporation of Sigourmey Weaver.

Not as good as the original, but still obviously a Freedom Film.
