Homosexuality is, by definition, not a choice. However, I guess the closest you could get is:
-bisexuals/pansexuals who choose to have homosexual sex (in which case they still wouldn't count as gay)
-straight people who choose to have homosexual sex (I'd imagine it might happen occasionally, but they still wouldn't count as gay)
As for trans people, I'd imagine that since gender is a spectrum, it's hard to draw the line between cis and trans sometimes. For some people near this boundary, the decision on how to identify might amount to a choice.
