Does voluntary homosexuality/ transgenderism exist in the sense that social conservative, anti-LGBTs claim it does? No, not really, one doesn't choose their ingrained sexual or gender orientation, although one does choose how to express those underlying impulses. Many people who are LGBT that are raised in an anti-LBGT milieu may have difficulty accepting their sexual identity and attempt to convince themselves as being cisgender/straight, but that is more derived from social pressures acting on one's psyche, and is a phenomenon not present in any significant manner among cisgender heterosexuals who face no stigma for their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Voluntary participation in homosexual acts while not identifying as homosexual, however, is a thing. Facultative homosexuality is particularly common in prisons due to the segregated gender housing of inmates, and many who participate within the prison sexual culture do not consider themselves homosexual for commencing in sexual relations with members of the same sex. There is of course also the infamous "gay for pay" heterosexual male pornographic actors who act in gay porn due to the easier access of entry into the field and higher pay than they would receive in the regular pornographic industry.
