Obama won them in 2008 with 52%. Romney won them with slightly better numbers in 2012.

I'd guess Clinton, barely. Trump will probably perform a bit better with poors than McCain and Romney did though.

The 1% will decide the election for Clinton. The 99% will be about evenly split between Clinton and Trump.
