In Condorcet voting, if there is a Condorect solution, you can rank the candidates as C1, C2, C3...., CN, such that each candidate beats all lower candidates in a 1 on 1 race.

That part isn't that complicated. What's more complicated is figuring out how to break ties (for example A beats B beats C beats A).
