Sorry that the link is RT. I just grabbed the first story. It's being reported by MSNBC on MTP Daily right now as well. MSNBC is reporting that a former Mayor of Nice has claimed that dozens are dead.

France 2 has released a video of the truck rushing into the crowd.
Horrible.
The suspect is dead, it appears that he acted alone.
The truck went over the crowd for 2 kilometers (more than one mile).

Horrible. France is past the tipping point Im afraid.  I'm not sure it's possible to stop these attacks anymore. The time to do that was 10 years ago.  They're going to continue over and over again.  It should be a lesson for us all.  Praying hard tonight.
