Comparing the estimates of the French and German authorities one would notice that the number of potential terrorists in France is seventeen times as high as in Germany. There ae not twice or three times as many extremists in France... no, for every Islamic extremist in Germany there are 17 in France.

It seems the banlieues make a good breeding ground for terrorism.
