Howard Baker/Albert Gore, Sr.

The latter voted against some key civil rights acts, including the 1964 one.

Besides Baker, Frist and Gore Jr. were pretty great, too.

My votes:

Not sure if I went for Gore Jr or Bass last year, but Sasser this time around.

As for worst, lean Brock..though Frist is pretty bad too.

I personally think Frist is a lean FF but this was an issue: http://www.upi.com/Frist-asked-to-atone-for-killing-cats/35461041383589/
