I think inactivaty, does not participate in the assembly so not doing the job. (but I'm not from that region).

OK, thank you, I was just wondering.

I wanted to be sure it was for legitimate reasons.

But is there not a provision whereby legislators can give notice of absence for a certain time?

Or has he just been AWOL?

He's only voted once and that was over a week ago. He hasn't been active in the forum that much either.

AWOL -- only showed up to vote once or twice and did not take part in any debates over legislation.
