Fun update from the Swedish royal family's dinner tonight, my staunchly Republican father admitted he's either leaving President blank this year or voting for Gary Johnson. He has never as far as I know voted Liberterian since naturalizing as a US citizen fifteen-odd years ago.

Chris Christie shouldn't be the one screaming about an indictment considering his shady past.

Does anyone actually believe any of this crap?

Unfortunately, many, many people do.

It boggles the mind, and it mindles the bog.

I'm not so sure. This convention should show liberals how scary the world of Trump is. Hopefully the undecideds at home also get turned off by all the hatred and negativity.

Even if you think Hillary is guilty of some wrongdoing, there's something very unsettling about a crowd screaming "lock her up." This is sickening.

I agree. That chilling moment could turn into this year's "Drill, baby drill."

Donald Trump, Jr.: "He stood on this stage with sixteen professional politicians and beat them."

Besides the fact that, IIRC, there were ten on that stage, Carson, Cruz, and Fiorina are hardly "professional politicians".

What does this crowd have to do with liberalism?

Yeah, and my experience leading a classroom clearly demonstrates why I would make a great head surgeon! I'll make open-heart surgery great again! We have too many hospital insiders, we need a real outsider.

Mr. Trump Jr. is right on the education issue. The Democratic Party has a problem with charter schools. Public schools are not the only answer.

Christie seemed to be saying that a detente with Putin is a bad thing, and was bashing Hillary for suggesting one, but I thought that Trump was supposed to be in favor of such a detente.
