Rubio's "speech" will be an 85 second video message - MSNBC.

I'm impressed, I thought 25 seconds was all Rubio could handle.

Cruz won't endorse and will give a phenomenal speech. #DelegateRevolt #NewConservativeParty

It's a little late for a delegate revolt.

He needs also some time to drink water during the speech...

A walkout can still occur. Trump needs evangelicals more than we need him.

You've come to terms though with the fact that Trump is officially the nominee and that nothing can be done to change that?

Would you support Cruz and the Repub leadership running a shadow campaign against Trump in Texas if it becomes apparent he will lose in mid-October? I'm just interested in seeing how deep this enmity goes.

Scenario: Hillary is up 10-12 points on Trump, Texas polls show Trump leading by 6-8 points. Cruz + Bushes decide, "eff it, we're going to throw Texas to Hillary to humiliate Trump"

Even if Cruz does go rogue and starts a third party campaign, wouldn't that just ensure that Hillary wins?

Trump's nomination is not contingent on your approval, JCL.  The delegates have voted already.  #NeverTrump is dead and buried.

Only thing left is a dead boy/live girl scenario.  Or Trump dying before the election.

Hillary would win 400+ electoral votes without a sweat in such a scenario because Cruz would only peel off a quarter of Republicans or around 10% of the overall electorate. No Democrat is ever voting for Cruz

LOL at Republicans chanting about how Hillary is a criminal and should be locked up, while they have a literal criminal and $1.7 billion Medicare fraudster speaking at their convention.

Agree to disagree on this one Scott. I'm certain a coup attempt will happen win or lose.
