Yes quite fascinating.  Even NIXON warned these people about appealing to the religious crazies in the party.

But let us give the conservatives at least some credit here.  They've somehow managed to do a lot more damage joining the enemy rather than fighting it.

Are you implying conservatives weren't in the GOP, like, since its inception (much less 1992)?
