Looks like he has lower name recognition at the time he was chosen than any other VP pick of the last 25 years...except Palin.

Since he isn't known very well yet, I wouldn't read much into these results at this point.  Questions like "How would you rate Donald Trump's choice for vice president?" are going to be taken as proxy questions for "Do you like Donald Trump?"...at least until voters see more of Pence.
