The vote ended before you joined as a chair member. And as I mentioned in the CJR committee, the chair holds no real power and its goal is to get things moving. Plus the re-vote would lead to a tie and bickering on either side over who won.

Evergreen as the chair can choose to accept the motion or deny it.

Honestly, if it came to a revote and tied, I would probably just concede it to evergreen. This isn't a really partisan position.
