Nigh/Fallin

I will say Bellmon was a brave Governor, and I am a fan of David Boren (though Boren is a far better Senator than he was a Governor)

Fallin is leagues worse than most of her predecessors in terms of actual governance, though Hall and Walters both had incredibly messy tenures and were corrupt. Keating was a pretty generic 90s GOP-er.
