Sorry it took so long, I just wanted to get it right.

Discounted Votes:

Demrepdan (failure to meet activity requirements)
Kodratos (deleted and reposted ballot)
skybridge (reposted ballot)
Kevin (indeterminable intent)
Boss Tweed (failure to meet activity requirements)

One voter, phnkrocket1, is not discounted because officially he never attempted to vote.  I consider an attempt to vote a post during the time one is allowed to cast a ballot.  Phnkrocket1 never cast a ballot that could have been considered official in anyway, so his vote simply does not discounted, but is not discounted either.

Round 1:
KeystonePhil/MHS2002: 23
Siege40/Emsworth: 18
Harry/Ebowed. 19
King/Dibble: 16
Supersoulty/WMS: 15
JFK/Ernest: 14 (Eliminated: 4 to King, 4 to Siege, 3 to Super, 2 to Harry, and 1 to Phil)

Round 2:
KeystonePhil/MHS2002: 24
Siege40/Emsworth: 22
Harry/Ebowed. 21
King/Dibble: 20
Supersoulty/WMS: 18 (Eliminated: 8 to Siege, 4 to King, 2 to Harry, 2 to Phil, 2 to no one)

Round 3:
Siege40/Emsworth: 27
KeystonePhil/MHS2002: 26
King/Dibble: 26
Harry/Ebowed. 24 (Eliminated: 16 to Siege, 4 to Phil, 3 to King, 1 to no one)
None: 2

Round 4:
Siege40/Emsworth: 43
KeytstonePhil/MHS2002: 30
King/Dibble: 29 (Eliminated: 15 to Siege, 7 to Phil, 7 to no one)
None: 3

Round 5:
Siege40/Emsworth: 58
KeystonPhil/MHS2002: 37
None: 10

Siege40/Emsworth has an absolute majority of first preference votes. They is thus certified as the winner of this election.

Note: I had Peter Bell certify the Senate elections because I was a candidate, so I felt I should not certify those results.

But did you?

I just hope the errors are all in the round two stuff in brackets, and the results after that are correct.

The errors are in the brackets. We had a long, long debate over the redistributions from Round 2 into Round 3, and came out with the correct results, seemingly he forgot to update the bracketed section of the eliminations that he had already written:

The elimination of Supersoulty should yield:

3 to Harry, 6 to King, 5 to Siege, 2 to Phil, 2 to no-one.

This corresponds to what we agreed on doubly in conversation and my notes.

It's okay. I was just...a little worried...when  I saw that discrepancy.
The likely cause was pretty obvious, I just wanted to make sure.
