Best: George Allen, followed by Jim Gilmore. Mark Warner was ok.
Worst: McAuliffe is pretty terrible, as was Kaine. Bob McDonnell also winds up on this list.

Kaine is probably best in my book, but they typically have at least decent governance. Quite a bunch of competent leaders. Maybe term limits do work! I didn't vote for worst, but McAuliffe or Gilmore is probably the worst of the modern ones.

Allen was a very competent Governor in spite of his more conservative tendencies.

McAuliffe always the worst, followed by Gilmore.

I think Holton was Virginia's best Governor, but I could see arguments for Mark Warner or Tim Kaine

Gilmore was a clown-tier Governor, along with McDonnell.
