Well, at this point, isn't every Republican supporting a glorified version of Ronald Reagan whose ideals can be bent and twisted in any way so that they'll always support them.

He's gone down a similar path to BRTD, where he's changed the definition of the word 'establishment' to mean 'anything JCL dislikes'.
