If/when Tim Ryan retires to run for Governor in '18, who would win the Democratic primary?

1: frmr. State Sen. Capri Cafaro
2: State Rep. Jon Boccieri (frmr. U.S. Rep.)
3: frmr. State Sen. Minority Leader Joe Schiavoni
4: State Rep Kathleeen Clyde
5: Someone else

I'm not sure Boccieri would run. I keep hearing about Kathleen Clyde being interested. Or maybe one of the candidates for County Commissioner, Mike Kerrigan, who's a former House Staffer.

Ah, yeah. Forgot about the Clyde rumors. Added Schiavoni, though I think he's more likely to run for one of the state executive positions.

What about former Mayor Jay William(turns 47 in 2018) and Mayor John McNally IV(turns 49 in 2018), both of Youngstown?

I'd give McNally some stock. I'd personally bet on Cafaro, as she's already run for the House twice. (She was runner-up against Betty Sutton in the primary of '06.) But then again, her whole family is under investigation for corruption and might well be connected to the Mob.

Granted, that didn't stop Traficant...
