According to most sources, the choice is down to one of these four options. Among these, who do you think will be chosen as Clinton's veep?

I think it'll be someone else.  Maybe even Franken.  Just a hunch but I think Hillary's going to surprise us.  Could also be wishful thinking though.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if she was set on Kaine a while ago, and just didn't want to let the cat out of the bag too soon.

Hope it's Kaine. Would hate to see him rejected for the VP slot twice.

It will probably be Kaine, although I would prefer Perez or Booker.

Kaine: 80%
Other (hopefully Franken): 10%
Vilsack: 5%
Perez: 4%
Booker: 1%

But actually she better not pick Booker, I would be very unhappy.

I still think it could be Sen. Jeff Merkley of Oregon.  He was the only senator to endorse Sanders so he would be a good bridge to the Sanders supporters.

My gut says Tom Vilsack, Tim Kaine probably makes more sense but she apprently has a deeper connection with Vilsack.

Won't Trump have already won the EC elsewhere if Clinton is losing VA?

I'd say so, yes. But I also don't buy into the theory that VP candidates carry their home states for the ticket. I really doubt a sizable number of people think to themselves: "I will vote for a candidate for president because their VP is from my state."
