Maricopa is a bit more GOP than AZ as a whole, so probably Trump+7 statewide.

Romney won Maricopa by 11 points while Arpaio won reelection by 6 points.

Ok, 41% is nevertheless weak for The Trumpster.

Arpaio losing? Fine!

Maricopa +3 for Trump would probably give him the win.

If you look at the elections Arpaio keeps winning but his percentage keeps going down each election. He'll lose one of these times.

This probably means Trump +6 or +7 statewide. Who could be voting for Trump and against Arpaio, I wonder. Maybe Clinton has a lot of room to grow here

Arpaio is a fantastic scheriff who is an enemy of criminals and gives them the tent city they deserve.  Not sure why you think he is a crook.

Well he has cost the county well over $100 million in lawsuits and settlements. Has been charged with unconstitutional jail conditions, not investigating rape cases and has violated election laws to name a few.

LOL Donald Trump is just as much a criminal as Hillary Clinton. I.e. they've both done plenty of shady stuff but neither has been convicted or criminally charged with ANYTHING.

People need to give it a damn rest on the criminal thing.

He's a disgusting criminal but it's not a surprise a former advocate of beheading women for terminating their pregnancies would like him.

This. If I had to pick between Hillary winning Arizona or Arpaio getting the boot, I'd honestly pick the latter.

Arpaio will probably retire before he loses an election. As far as Maricopa county, it will vote like the 2012 election, but Trump will probably get 1-2 less points than Romney did.
