(Mobile, Alabama)

I have no intention of giving a long-winded victory speech, just a little statement here.

First off, I want to thank my supporters for their support and for the citizens of the Southeast, who showed up this weekend to turn out in record numbers.  Congratulations to all.

Second, I would like to congratulate my opponent, Ben Meyers, on an incredibly tough and hard-fought race, from beginning to end.  He certainly is a rising star in Atlasian politics and I look forward to working with him in whatever position he will hold in the future.

Third, I look forward to working with President-elect Siege in this new session of the Senate in all matters (hint, hint: the foreign policy review needs some revision) and wish him the best in his Presidential term ahead.  I would also like to congratulate all the candidates who ran against him, as they all put up hard and spirited campaigns.

Finally, I would like to congratulate my party, the Constitutional Union Party, for 100% turnout in this past election and for the three Senators who won election to the Senate last night, myself, Colin Wixted and FuturePrez, in the upset of the evening.

Congratulations to all yet again and good night!

(applause)

Congratulations to Sam Spade, who certainly earned his re-election with his good work in the Senate (one of our best Seantors ever).
